      Day 1 and 2 under the belt. Was pushing hard and was pretty out of breath both days by the end! One question I have, since the weighted exercises are shorter than we have done in the past- would you suggest making this more aerobic and doing more reps (with great form obv!) or really amp up the weights?

      Hey Melissa,

      Such a great job, so proud of you that is a great question !! I would defiantly say to stick to heavy weights, also I’d u have time again you can always throw in a 30 second round even though it still is first 2 weeks. Cannot wait to see your progress keep up good work

      Finished week one! This might be my favorite program so far. Reminds me of bootcamp which is one of my favourite workouts. Really enjoyed pushing myself!

      Finished week 1 and I already see results!! Its crazy how much this style of workout changes my body. I think its the combo of weights and hiit style cardio. I like that it keeps it interesting, each day is sondifferent.

        This is so awesome I am so so happy you like it. I love this one I am 3 weeks in and sweating like crazy and seeing results as well. Let’s keep moving!!! So so proud of u!!!
