If someone gave you a roadmap to $1 million and all you had to do is follow the map and find the money what would you do?  Would you try and find a better way?  Would you say well I’ll do it tomorrow? Would you walk the path for a bit then start to walk backwards for a bit?

Or would you follow that map exactly? because you know at the end of it your life will change.

Why can we not adopt this thinking when it comes to fitness? we have a roadmap to health.  and is our health not worth more than $1 million?

One step add a time one day at a time one work out at a time one meal at a time we can reach that prize at the end if we just don’t give up think about your health and fitness has the ultimate price and never stop following the map!!
