Hey Girls

Wanted to share with you a super simple really fabulous way to spice up plain old rice

Heidi’s easy Persian Rice

4 cups basmati rice
Three sprigs of dill chopped finely
Two tomatoes diced
Half a cup of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sea salt and pepper
One clove of garlic chopped finely

Mix everything and enjoy!!!!

Sooo freaking tasty !
