5 days a week we take you through combination moves to optimize your results. We will combine those moves in a way to allow you to build muscle and get you in the best shape of your life. You will work along with us with easy to follow videos and clips. Gradually adding weight each week and time each round to keep you progressing the whole 6 weeks. This program is amazing for those new to fitness as well as those who want a challenge.
