Program: Spring Shred


Fit in 6 newest program is going to take weight training and cardio to a whole new level. We are going to show you how to combine weight training and cardio training combined with timing to get as fit as you can. Even if you have 30 minutes or an hour this program is customizable to your schedule and day. We will focus each day on a new group of muscles to target sculpt and shape your body, and get your cardio up.



5 days a week we take you through combination moves to optimize your results. We will combine those moves in a way to allow you to build muscle and get you in the best shape of your life. You will work along with us with easy to follow videos and clips. Gradually adding weight each week and time each round to keep you progressing the whole 6 weeks. This program is amazing for those new to fitness as well as those who want a challenge.
