Program: Pyramid 2.1


Did you see amazing results from our Pyramid Program? We thought so! Let us challenge you even more! This program takes the basics from Pyramid and combines them to take you to that next level. You can take this program to the gym or do in the comfort of your own home. This program puts your body into that cardiovascular zone in order to maximize results and burn maximum calories both during and after your workout.



Each week you will take these full body moves and get that cardio challenge combined with weight training. We will take compound moves, combine them together and get to the end of the pyramid each week. We gradually increase your time to ensure that your endurance is building along with lean muscle mass.
