Each week we takes you further by combining those moves into compound moves to show you how weight training can target that cardiovascular system, build muscle and get you in the best shape of your life.
You will work along with us with easy to follow videos, gradually week to week add in cardio and full body movements to make you that strong powerhouse you have always wanted to be.
This program is amazing for those new to fitness as well as those fitness fanatics that want a challenge. We offer modifications for every move and always are adding ways to keep your body guessing.
Give us 6 weeks, 1 hour a day 3-5 days a week and let’s see what we can accomplish together.
