The core is at the centre of our body and it functions to stabilize our truck. It is composed a series of muscles far beyond your abs. It is incorporated in almost every movement you perform from isomeric movements like the plank to dynamic movements like sprinting and jumping.
I wanted to bring you a program that trains the core functionally on all planes of motion and allows you to strengthen and function to the best of its ability, to see the results inside and outside.
With just 10-40 minutes a day 3-5 days a week based on your fitness level I want to work with you so together we can build the strongest core we can.
You will receive 5 days of core challenges with modifications for every move to ensure that I meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
All you will need is a mat and timer and let’s reach your goals.
